Peter and Nikki are the founders of a well-established recruitment business that has been providing temporary healthcare professionals, including support workers, prison nurses, and paramedics to secure environments such as prisons, secure children’s homes, nursing homes, and care homes for over a decade. Their company has grown to become the largest and preferred supplier to Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Prisons, and they were recently awarded a place on the prestigious Health Trust Europe framework, an accolade recognised and trusted by NHS establishments nationwide. With years of experience in the healthcare sector, Peter and Nikki have long shared a passion for making a meaningful impact in children’s services. Both directors have previously contributed to charitable initiatives: Nikki played a key role in working for The Need Project, which helped young people with disabilities gain paid employment, while Peter supported The Friendship Project, an initiative that provided weekly outings and emotional support to underprivileged and vulnerable children.
